Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on branding, money and what the platform does and does not do.
Is the panel really white-label?
Yes. Your customers see your name, your colours and your address. The platform name never appears on a panel page, in an email sent to your customers, or on an error page.
How do my customers pay me?
By default, directly to you, using the payment method you already use: mobile money, a till or merchant number, or a bank transfer. They enter the transaction reference in your panel, you approve it, and their prepaid balance is credited. The platform never touches that money. If you would rather not check references by hand, you can ask us to collect online payments for you instead; the withdrawals page explains how that money reaches you.
How do I pay the monthly fee?
Online, from your admin, with the mobile money, card and other methods we accept in your country. A plan is paid in advance for one, three, six or twelve months, and fees already paid are not refunded. The fee tiers are on the pricing page.
Which currencies can I sell in?
Kenyan, Ugandan and Tanzanian shillings, Nigerian naira, Ghanaian cedi, both CFA francs, Congolese and Rwandan francs, South African rand and more. Prices are converted from supply rates with your markup, so changing currency changes every price at once. Showing prices in more than one currency costs nothing: every African currency and US dollars, euros, pounds, Canadian dollars and dirhams are offered from the start.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Set one global markup percentage, then override any single service with a fixed price in your currency. You can also hide services you do not want to sell.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, and it is the first thing your panel asks you about. You start on an address we make from your business name, which keeps working for good; connecting your own domain is two DNS records at whoever you bought it from and a Check now button in your panel settings.
Which languages are available?
English, French and Swahili today, chosen per panel, and your customers can pick their own. Every label, button and message is translated by hand.
What happens if I stop paying?
A day after the renewal date, your admin is locked and your customers see a neutral maintenance page. Nothing is deleted, and your customers' balances stay exactly as they were. Pay the invoice and the panel reopens at once. A panel left locked for two months may be deleted, after warnings by email.
What if an order fails or is only partly delivered?
Canceled and partial orders are refunded to the customer's balance automatically, in proportion to what was not delivered, and the refund appears as its own line in the ledger. Balances are never refunded to a card or wallet or paid out as cash; the refund policy has the details.
What does it cost to take my money out?
Nothing at all while your customers pay you directly, because that money never reaches us. If you ask us to collect online payments for you, a commission comes off each withdrawal: 5 percent on the smallest amounts, falling to 2 percent on the largest. The bands are on the withdrawals page in your own currency, and the commission is always a whole amount, never cents.
Why is the monthly price a round number in my currency?
Plans are set in US dollars at 10, 25 and 50 a month and converted to your currency at an indicative rate, then rounded to the nearest whole amount so you never see stray cents. Subscription prices and withdrawal commissions are the only figures rounded that way: service prices, order charges, balances and refunds keep every cent.
