Money

• Customers hold prepaid balances with you. You collect through the mobile money or bank channel you already use.
• Manual top-ups with proof: the customer enters the transaction reference, you approve, the balance is credited.
• An append-only ledger records every top-up, order debit, refund and adjustment with the balance after each one.
• Balances are debited atomically. A customer can never spend more than they hold, even on two devices at once.
• Prices in the currency you choose, converted from supply rates with your markup or a fixed price per service.

Operations

• Catalogue sync every few minutes: new services appear, retired ones disappear, prices, minimums and maximums stay correct.
• Orders placed with your own supply key, at your supply rates, so your margin is yours.
