Withdrawals
Withdrawals and commission
When you ask us to collect online payments for you, your share builds up as a payout balance. You withdraw it whenever you like; the commission below is the only thing we keep.
Commission by withdrawal amount
Bands are set once and converted to USD at an indicative rate, so the deal is the same in every country we serve.
| Withdrawal amount | Commission |
|---|---|
| $1 – $8 | 5% |
| $8 – $39 | 4.5% |
| $39 – $78 | 4% |
| $78 – $195 | 3.5% |
| $195 – $390 | 3% |
| $390 – $585 | 2.5% |
| $585 – $780 | 2% |
Above $780 a request is split into equal parts that each fit the last band, so the rate stays the lowest one.
The smallest withdrawal is $1.
Commissions are rounded to a whole amount, never to cents. Service prices, order charges, balances and refunds keep every cent.
How a withdrawal works
-
1
Money lands
A customer pays online. Their balance is credited at once, and your payout balance grows by the same amount less the payment fee.
-
2
The hold passes
Each payment waits out a short hold, seven days by default, so a reversal cannot leave anyone short. What is past the hold is available.
-
3
You ask
Pick an amount and a saved destination. You see the commission and what you will receive before you confirm.
-
4
We send
Requests are usually sent within a few hours. The reference appears against the request, and everything is in your payout history.
Where we can send it
- M-Pesa, MTN MoMo and Airtel Money on the number you save.
- A bank account in your own name.
- A Binance ID for stablecoin payouts.
- Anything else you can describe, with the country, as a free-text destination.
