Payments

How you get paid

Your customers pay you directly, on the rails your country already uses. In this default mode the platform never holds, routes or touches your money: it only keeps the ledger of prepaid balances honest. If you would rather not chase references by hand, you can ask us to collect online payments for you instead.

How a top-up works

  1. 1

You tell customers how to pay

On your panel you write your till, merchant number, wallet or account in your own words, per language.

  2. 2

The customer pays you and sends the proof

They pick the rail, enter the amount and the transaction reference. Nothing is credited yet.

  3. 3

    You check and approve

One click in your admin, on your phone. The balance is credited through the ledger in one transaction and the customer is notified.

  4. 4

    Orders spend the balance

Every order debits the exact charge; failed or partial deliveries are refunded automatically, once.
