A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser, so that it can recognise the same browser on the next page. For a few display settings we also use your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way but is never sent to us.
These apply to this website, to the shop and platform admins, and to every shop that runs on our software.
Session cookie (panel_session): keeps you signed in and remembers your place from one page to the next, including the language you picked on this website. Needed. Ends when you close your browser, or 120 minutes after your last activity.
XSRF-TOKEN: stops another site from sending forms in your name. Needed. Lasts as long as the session.
Keep me signed in (device_web, device_tenant and device_admin): remembers this one device as one you trust, so it stays signed in after the browser closes. Set only if you tick "Keep me signed in on this device". Lasts for the period you choose, and ends sooner if you sign out or forget the device from your account.
tenant_admin_locale: the language you chose for a shop admin. Set only when you choose one. Lasts up to 400 days.
display_currency: the currency a shop customer chose to see prices in. Set only when you choose one. Lasts 28 days.
mode: whether a shop is shown in its light or dark look, where the shop offers the switch.
tenant-nav-folds and category-folded: which menu groups and service categories you folded in a shop admin.
These are never sent to us, and they stay until you clear your browser's data for the site.
Cloudflare carries all traffic to our sites and may set its own security cookies to tell people from bots. On the two signup forms, it also runs a short automated check before the form is sent. These are needed for security.
Google sets its own cookies on its own pages if you choose to sign in with Google. Nothing from Google loads until you press that button.
Payment providers may set their own cookies on their own checkout pages, if a payment takes you there.
Links to WhatsApp and to other sites load nothing until you click them.
We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or social media cookies or pixels. Shops cannot add any either: their pages run no code of their own. If we ever add a cookie that is not needed to run the site, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before setting it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones that are needed, you will not be able to sign in or send forms. Signing out removes the "Keep me signed in" cookie.
We update this page whenever the list changes. Send questions to [email protected]. How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
